Orders in stock will be posted the following day, orders paid for without checking stock that need to be ordered will be with you in 4-10 working days depending on order, custom orders may take a day or two longer.We dont accept returns on any of the shoes as we cant return them to the suppliers, remember all shoes are replicas and not originals, we only accept returns if the hair has NOT been removed from the cardboard sleeve (we will know if it has been removed and your order will be returned to you) and within 10 days of receipt of your order, anything not returned within 10 days cannot be exchanged or refunded, postage prices on the website are for orders within the UK only, extra postage charges will be applied to ALL other orders outside of the UK depending on area, postage times on orders outside of the UK can be up to 15 days, we cannot be held responsible for delays on orders outside of the UK due to customs etc.
